Kelly Apartments is an elderly and disabled housing community. The complex consists of 79 one-bedroom garden style apartments within 10 separate buildings. These units are designed especially for the senior citizen (62 or older), or disabled person who meets federal program requirements. Each unit has wall to wall carpeting in the living-room and bedroom, a pull cord emergency call system in the bathroom and bedroom, tenant-controlled heating and air conditioning, drapery fixtures and ample storage and closet space.

Rates

Rent is based on 30% of adjusted annual income. All members of the household must be a minimum of 62 years of age or disabled regardless of age. Applicant must meet income limits. Total adjusted annual household income is calculated by number of household members and allowable expenses.

The tenant pays for electric which includes air conditioning (electric heat pump units), cooking, lighting, hot water, television cable and telephone service.
