We offer housing with independent living and are financially subsidized by the Office of Housing and Urban Development. Tenants must be 62 years of age or be disabled. Family income must be below a specified limit.

All affordable subsidized housing is based on income. Monthly rates and security deposit are equal to 30% of adjusted gross income with a minimum rent of $25.00
